Our client portal makes it easy to: 

• Securely message with your therapist in between sessions.

• Access intake documents to complete virtually prior to your first session.

• Make online payments and update your payment information.

• Securely access your billing documents.

• Securely share sensitive documents with your therapist.

• Check for your upcoming session dates/times and access your virtual telehealth session links.
   

To access the client portal please follow the instructions below:

• Click here or visit https://healingconceptsllc.clientsecure.me

• Select “I’m an existing client”

• Enter the email address associated with your account and click “email me a link.”

• Check your inbox to find the sign-in email and click the sign-in link from the email to automatically log into your Client Portal. 

**Please keep in mind that the link in the email is valid for 24 hours and can only be used to sign in once.
