What: A confidential, free, information service available 24/7 in English and Spanish, for individuals and family members facing mental and/or substance use disorders. This service provides referrals to local treatment facilities, support groups, and community-based organizations. Callers can also order free publications and other information.
Philadelphia Crisis Response Line

What: Provides access to staff who are specifically trained for supporting individuals with mental health crises who can assess the situation, arrange for an in-person assessment and evaluation, and/or make referrals as needed.
